Four commercial parcels zoned heavy commercial and located in the City of Redding along Cedars Road. Sewer and water is extended to each parcel. Storm drain retention facilities have been completed and they are ready for development. Additional entitlements include traffic, biological, and archeological studies. Recent Use Permit (''UP'') approved (UP-2021-00099) granting construction of three commercial industrial buildings consisting in size just over 100,000 square feet. The UP allows these buildings to be used for many allowed uses, including cannabis.
