Supplements: There are two springs located on the property. One spring has been fully developed to supply water to the residence and cabins. The 18-acre native meadow provides possibilities for animals, wildlife, gardening and a great view from the main home. The springs flow through the meadow and form a stream with multiple waterfalls. There is a 100-year-old mature apple orchard. Everything grows in Big Bend! The property is a historic site that PG&E used as a base camp for building the tunnel from Pit 4 to Pit 5. Main house is 3 bed 2.5 bath approximately 2,000 sq. ft., three cabins are 1 bed 1 bath and one cabin contains 2 bed 1 bath. Cabin No. 1 is approximately 800 sq. ft., cabin No. 2 is 930 sq. ft., cabin No. 3 is 700 sq. ft. and cabin No. 4 is 680 sq. ft. Red barn is 1,450 sq ft. Metal barn is 1,122 sq. ft., shop is 3,404 sq ft.
